Evaluation Code and Data for BioDisco

This repository contains all data and supplementary materials for the “BioDisco” paper submission. data.zip: Includes all raw and processed datasets used in the experiments. figure-pdf.zip: Contains all figures generated during data analysis and used in the paper. evaluation.html: This self-contained document supplements the “BioDisco” paper and can be used to generate the figures and tables in the evaluation section. All materials are provided to ensure full reproducibility of the experimental results and analyses presented in the “BioDisco” paper.
