THE ROLE OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN FORMING INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION IN THE PROCESS OF DISTANCE EDUCATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION

This article examines the role of innovative technologies in forming interactive communication during distance education processes in higher education institutions. The study analyzes the impact of digital platforms, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, gamification, and virtual communication tools on improving educational interaction between teachers and students in online learning environments. Qualitative, analytical, and comparative research methods were applied to evaluate the effectiveness of modern educational technologies in increasing student engagement, collaborative learning, and academic motivation. The findings demonstrate that innovative technologies significantly enhance communication quality, support personalized learning, and contribute to the development of critical thinking and digital competencies among university students. Furthermore, the research highlights that interactive communication in virtual educational settings creates flexible and student-centered learning environments that improve educational accessibility and effectiveness. The study concludes that successful implementation of innovative technologies in distance education requires strong technological infrastructure, digital pedagogical strategies, and continuous professional development for educators.
