Code and data information for the manuscript "Permafrost carbon-climate feedback amplifies Earth system tipping risks".The following information can be referred to in order to reproduce the paper figures.The python environment for the execution of the provided python notebooks can be found in 'environment.yml'.FaIR-PerCX_PyC_probabilisticSampling.ipynb runs the model simulations and produces supplementary figures. All required input files are stored in the data/ directory. GRAFITE_figures_PerCX4_probSampling.ipynb creates the main figures.
