Dataset Classification - Open SP ENW - GIS - IDNO Polygons A Dataset of polygons indicating the properties receiving their energy from Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNO), within our SP Electricity North West licence area. The polygons themselves do not define the actual boundary of any IDNO area. The Voronoi process identifies IDNO service points and encapsulates within a polygon - merging together where neighbouring properties are in the same IDNO.
