资源简介:
In the present study, we compared the transcriptomic differences between normal and PCOS oocytes. Our data showed that the most significant differences were observed in GV stage which is the onset of oocyte development. What's more, we found that significant up-regulated genes at GV stage in PCOS were mitochondria-related and most of them were attributed to oxidative phosphorylation pathway. These results suggest that mitochondrial function prematurely activated in GV stage of PCOS is one of the most significant differences rather than in normal oocytes.
