Functional enrichment results of hub genes in the BRCA-related miRSCoPPI network. For the experimentally validated miRNA-target interactions, the numbers of enriched GO biological processes and KEGG pathways are 337 and 30, respectively. For the putative computationally predictive miRNA-target interactions, the numbers of enriched GO biological processes and KEGG pathways are 338 and 15, respectively.
