Raw data to article - Neuronostatin regulates proliferation and differentiation of rat brown primary preadipocytes

Results collected as part of the project titled The role of neuronostatin in controlling functions of white and brown adipocytes and adipose tissue and metabolism in mouse model of obesity financed by the National Science Center. The data concern the effect of neuronostatin and somatostatin on the proliferation and differentiation of rat brown preadipocytes. The research used methods such as: qPCR, Western Blot, MitoTracker, lipid determination.
