Street here was two-feet deep with water. Flood came up to house but not inside. Marooned houses and families -- most of them, moved out until water subsided. 2 shots of horse pulling raft in Los Nietos. Horseman is Joaquin Jimenes, 17, of 11526 East Rivera Road, Los Nietos; horse is named Candy. Raft riders are (white shirt) Jimmy Adams, 15, of 8303Boer Ave., South Whittier; and Robert Harpster, 17, of 8542 South Norwalk Blvd., West Whittier; all three students at Whittier Union High School. They're riding on East Verbeck Street in Los Nietos".
