DUVEL

This dataset was created to identity oligogenic variant combinations, i.e. relation between several genes and their mutations, causing genetic diseases in scientific articles written in english. At the moment, it contains only digenic variant combinations, i.e. relations between two genes and at least two variants. The dataset is intended for binary relation extraction where the entities are masked within the text.本数据集旨在识别英文科学文献中导致遗传病的寡基因变异组合（oligogenic variant combinations），即多个基因及其突变之间的关联。目前该数据集仅收录双基因变异组合（digenic variant combinations），即两个基因与至少两个变异之间的关联。本数据集适用于二元关系抽取任务，其中文本内的实体已被掩码。
