Effect of blocking the IL-10 receptor on the microglial transcriptomic signature following chronic traumatic brain injury and nasal anti-CD3 treatment

Investigating the impact of blocking the IL-10 receptor on the gene expression profile of microglia following chronic traumatic brain injury and nasal anti-CD3 treatment. Overall design: The IL-10 receptor was blocked in vivo through intraperitoneal administration of anti-IL-10 receptor blocking antibody every 3 days post-injury. Bulk RNA-sequencing analysis was performed on sorted microglia single cell suspensions from the ipsilateral hemisphere of the mouse brains using the microglia-specific 4D4+ antibody at 30 days following traumatic brain injury. Preparation for RNA libraries for sequencing was performed using standard Illumina protocols
