Dacomitinib treated HaCaT for 48 hours, Dacomitinib significantly increased Retinol metabolism pathway in HaCaT When the HaCaT cell confluence reached 70%, the cells were treated with Dacomitinib for 48 h, and the experimental group was treated with 0.1%DMSO. The differences in cell pathways between the two groups were detected by RNA-Seq technology.
