Single-cell RNA-seq analysis of IDH-wildtype glioblastoma in radiation time course

To understand the diversity of expression states in irradiated GBM cells, we profiled about 150,000 single cells from 3 patient-derived GBM cells by single-cell RNA sequencing (by 10X Genomics). Patient-derived GBM cells treated with 10 Gy in vitro irradiation were sorted into single cells, and profiled by 10X.
