资源简介:
Data and code to replicate the analyses in the paper "Social network does not influence microbiota of a gregarious bird in a common environment". Silva, Gomes et al. (2025, Behavioral Ecology and Sociobiology). It also contains supplementary material to support results in the published paper.
This is composed by one R script file with code to replicate all analyses present in the published paper, one R data file with all data required to run social network analysis, and one zip file containing graphs to support results in the published paper.
Specifically, it contains:
- 'R script for analyses.R': the complete R scripts needed to replicate all statistical analyses present in the paper. This script contains code to import all data, so no further action, besides running this script, is needed to replicate analyses.
- 'R data to social networks.RDATA': contains all data required to run social network analysis. Specifically, it contains the social network, all the individuals data regarding gut and feather microbiome, and further data from RFID antennae required for the analyses. 'R script for analyses.R' provides details on each object contained in this file; main text provides details regarding data collection and quantification.
- 'SupMaterial_roostinggraphs': graphs for all differentially abundant bacteria between roosting groups. It contains folders for graphs of feathers (fth) or of cloaca (cl) microbiome, and for amplicon sequence variants (ASV) or genus.
