Dataset for thesis "Aptamer-functionalized DNA nanostructures and applications in targeted cell delivery and biomolecular sensing"

This is the supporting data for thesis entitled “Aptamer-functionalized DNA nanostructures and applications in targeted cell delivery and biomolecular sensing” submitted by WANG Lin for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy at The University of Hong Kong in October 2022. <br> The supporting data include figures and raw data of the works for the thesis, demonstrsting the applications of DNA tiles in biomedical research. The dataset contains processed and raw data to surport my hypothesis using DNA tiles as biomolecular sensor and cell delivery system <em>in vitro</em> and<em> in vivo. </em> <br> The figures and data are presented into three chapters. The methodological information is represented in the main body of the thesis.
