We study the m6A distribution on mRNAs from melanoma drug-naïve parental and persister cells treated with BRAF and MEK inhibitors. We examine m6A modification location on mRNAs from both total lysates and polysome fractions to compare the difference between drug-naïve parental cells and BRAF/MEK inhibitor treated persister cells.
