2015 Global Water Withdrawal and Freshwater Boundary (RFB) Exceedance Inventories Aligned with the EMERGING MRIO Model

We have publicly released the 2015 national-scale water withdrawal inventory and freshwater boundary (RFB) exceedance inventory, which quantifies the volume of human water withdrawals exceeding RFB (km³/yr). The inventories are aligned with the EMERGING MRIO, covering 134 sectors across 245 economies. It is available for download and use through all three links. The methodology for generating this dataset is detailed in our recent article published on Nature Water.
