Offshore Wind Lease Outlines

These data are an outline version of offshore wind leases managed by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM). Active offshore wind leasing areas within the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) waters include commercial, research, and right of way lease areas. Leases are considered provisional after auction and prior to signatures from BOEM and the Lessee. All blocks for each lease have been dissolved by Lease Number to create outline polygons of active wind leases managed by BOEM. Easement sections are not dissolved into the lease but are considered part of the lease agreement.本数据集为美国海洋能源管理局（Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, BOEM）管理的海上风电租赁区块的轮廓化数据集。美国外大陆架（Outer Continental Shelf, OCS）海域内的在用海上风电租赁区域涵盖商业类、科研类及通行权类租赁区块。租赁在拍卖完成后、BOEM与承租方签署正式文件前，将被认定为临时租赁状态。已按租赁编号对单份租赁项下的全部地块进行融合处理，以此生成BOEM管理的在用海上风电租赁区块的轮廓多边形。地役权区域未被纳入单个租赁区块的融合轮廓中，但仍属于租赁协议的组成部分。
