Metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) sequences

This archive contained 196 dereplicated metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) derived from anaerobic enriched consortia. There were estimated to be complete at least at 70% and with less than 10% of contamination.152 MAGs are coming from the study of Ginevra <i>et al</i>. 2025 (see bellow). Five of these MAGs were manually refined (named "-refined") using the Anvi'o v8 platform (Eren <i>et al</i>. 2020).
