Landsat 8-9 detections (TIRS) vs IASI detections industrial ammonia and ethylene point sources

Preprint: https://doi.org/10.31223/X52Z12 It contains the per-acquisition detection record for the five industrial facilities analysed in the paper, comparing Landsat 8-9 plume detections (thermal band-ratio method) against coincident IASI observations, together with the IASI Hyperspectral Range Index (HRI) and wind speed at each overpass.
