Selected CPR zooplankton

Excel file containing CPR data for area 47N to 63N, -11W to 11E, 2018 to 2020 sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater), for Para-Pseudocalanus spp., Temora longicornis, Acartia spp. (unidentified), Centropages typicus, Centropages hamatus, Isias clavipes, Calanus finmarchicus, Calanus helgolandicus, Calanus glacialis, Calanus hyperboreus, Rhincalanus nasutus, Metridia lucens, Metridia longa, Pleuromamma robusta, Candacia armata, Labidocera wollastoni, Ctenocalanus vanus, Scolecithricella spp., Aetideus armatus, Anomalocera patersoni and Pseudocalanus spp. adult

For each taxa, values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74), values of 0.001 indicate presence only, zero values are absence of taxon. The excel file consists of samples in rows, with the following information in columns - A: sample id B:midpoint of sample latitude in decimal degrees C:midpoint of sample longitude in decimal degrees D:midpoint of sample local date and time E:sample year F: sample month G: Phytoplankton Colour Index H-AB:taxa.
