Mta2, a component of the NuRD complex, regulates B cell development and cooperates with OCA-B in controlling the pre-B to immature B cell transition (RNA-Seq)

The goal of this study is to compare NGS-derived mouse B cell RNA profiling in Mta2 KO, Ocab KO, and double KO mice Pro-B, Pre-B, and small pre-B cell RNA profiles from control, Mta2 KO, OcaB KO, or double KO mice were generated by deep sequencing using Illumina HiSeq 2500. The sequence reads that passed quality filters were analyzed at the transcript isoform level.
