H3K27me3 profiling of OSCC cells following in vitro exposure to palmitic acid (PA) for 4 days and after 14 days of palmitic acid withdrawal. H3K27me3 ChIPs for Untreated and post 14 days palmitic acid (PA)-treated SCC-25 cells were performed in biological triplicates (control pLKO.1 cells). The aim of this data set was to determine whether H3K27me3 displayed different ChIP profiles 14 days post PA stimulation when compared to the control Untreated condition; therefore allowing to assess genome wide the long-term changes in Polycomb-repressed regions in our cells upon PA exposure.
