Single-cell (inDrops) analysis of primary somatosensory cortex after early postnatal unilateral whisker lesioning Overall design: CX3CR1-GFP (JAX stock # 005582) heterozygous (HET) and homozygous (KO) littermates underwent unilateral whisker lesioning at postnatal day 4 (P4). 24hours after whisker removal the primary somatosensory cortex was dissected from either hemisphere within each animal (Control- Undeprived/spared whiskers; Experimental- Deprived/whiskers removed) and single cell RNASeq performed.
