RELATIONSHIP OF STUDENTS' FREEDOM OF THOUGHT AND DIVERGENT THINKING IN PRIMARY EDUCATION PROCESS.

The article analyzes the interdependence of students' freedom of thought and divergent thinking in the process of primary education from a scientific-theoretical and practical point of view. Freedom of thought means the student's ability to freely express his opinion without fear, and divergent thinking is the ability to solve a problem in different ways and create new ideas. During the research, it was found that as the opportunity to freely express opinions in the educational environment expands, students' creativity, originality of ideas, and flexibility of thinking increase. The results of the experiment showed that classes organized on the basis of elements of free communication, open questions, and problem-based teaching increased the indicators of students' divergent thinking by 65-70 percent.
