Localization of Alexa Fluor-594-α-factor-labeled endosomes (center; red in merge) and Abp140-3GFP (left; green in merge). Abp140p binds F-actin and localizes to actin patches and cables. Endosome movements in association with actin cables can be seen and revealed that approximately 89% of early endosomes localize along actin cables, and move in association with the cables.
