Dataset for "A Matrix Metalloproteinase Activation Probe for Painting Human Tumours"

Data associated with the manuscript: "A Matrix Metalloproteinase Activation Probe for Painting Human Tumours”, which describes a novel optical probe that becomes fluorescently active after enzymatic cleavage staining tissue with high MMP activity. Its potential to fluorescently paint tumours based on the high MMP expression is explored in this work. This dataset contains the data used for the figures included in the manuscript.
