We employed ChIP-Seq to identiy direct targets of regulation of the Candida albicans transcription regulator Zcf8p. Overall design: Full genome chromatin immunoprecipitation of Candida albicans strain encoding myc-tagged Zcf8p. One growth condition, four biological replicates of the tagged strain and two replicates of the untagged control. ChIP-seq data was generated with Illumina HiSeq 2000.
