Data Files Gen $P:$G = 1:2

The file Data1_2.zip includes data files with phenotypes for genomic scenarios with relative cost pf phenotype to genotype of 1:12 Each file is named after the type of selection it ran (Gen for genomic ) followed by the availability of the initial training population (True / False), the number of phenotypic records per lactation ([1-10) and by the ratio of the cost of phenotyping and genotyping (1_2). The data file contains herd_Year, phenotypic value and individual's ID.
