Gene expression profile at single cell level of total mammary primary cells from 6-8 weeks old female mice

Using the Gpm6a knockout mouse model, we found that Gpm6a deficiency leads to the abnormal mammary duct development, and insufficient postpartum milk production. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of total mammary gland primary cells from WT or Gpm6a knockout mice. Overall design: Total mammary primary cells of the WT and Gpm6aKO mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to DAPI- cells and analyzed using scRNAseq.
