Epigenetic regulation of iTreg cell differentiation by Nr4a family of transcription factors

Helper T (Th) and regulatory T (Treg) cell differentiation programs promote the eradication of pathogens, while minimizing adverse immune reactions. In this study, we investigated the roles of Nr4a family of transcription factors in Th and Treg cell differentiation from Tnaive cells, by comparing epigenetic status of Tnaive and iTreg cells between wild type and Nr4a1,a2, a3 triple knockout (Nr4a-TKO) genetic background.
