This dataset contains anonymized clinical and epidemiological data from elderly patients hospitalized with proximal femur fractures between 2013 and 2023. The data were extracted from institutional electronic medical records and organized in a structured spreadsheet format, with each row representing one patient and each column corresponding to a specific variable. Binary variables were coded as 0 (absence) and 1 (presence).
