资源简介:
Most of the commonly used nonlinear correction methods in X-ray fluorescence require either establishing standard curves with a large number of standard samples or performing repeated iterative calculations, processes that consume significant amounts of time and financial resources. This paper proposes a novel calibration method in X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis that accounts for matrix effects, particularly the absorption enhancement between elements. The method is implemented using the newly developed simulation software MXRF based on MATLAB. Compared with traditional quantitative analysis methods, this approach does not require standard samples or complex iterative calculations. Instead, it uses simulations under experimental conditions to correct the nonlinear response between element concentration and characteristic X-ray intensity. Experimental results show that the detection accuracy for element content is comparable to that of traditional methods.
