Sheet “1.1-all LABP” includes all LABP from Bio-LA IP-mass spec, Sheet “1.2-LABP-Log2FC>1” are LABP with Log2 FC (Bio-LA/Biotin only) > 1.
Sheet “2.1-all SABP” includes all SABP from Bio-SA IP-mass spec, Sheet “2.2-SABP-Log2FC>1” are SABP with Log2 FC (Bio-SA/Biotin only) > 1.

Sheet “9-net BABP-(3.2 minus 6.2)” are BABP in sheet 3.2 substracted by butyrylated proteins in sheet 6.2, which will be BA-binding-only but not butyrylated proteins.
Sheet “10-all CABP” includes all CABP from Bio-CA IP-mass spec.

Related to Fig. 3. This file includes 8 sheets. “1.1-All LA-binding regions” includes all ChIP seq DNA fragments with LA encrichment at the threshold of FE (Bio-LA/Biotin only) > 1.5; while in “1.2-All LA-binding genes” sheet, a highest FE value among all identified DNA fragments (in “1.1-All LA-binding regions” sheet) of the same gene were used as the representative FE of the gene. The rest sheet couples (2.1 and 2.2; 3.1 and 3.2; 4.1 and 4.2) follow the same principle except that the metabolites are SA, BA, CA respectively.
