广东省人民医院手术相关医疗服务能力与质量监测数据集

该数据集合基于出院手术患者的历史数据和时序分析方法对手术工作量和质量指标进行逐月监测和滚动预测，包含2019年以来每月的手术人数、四级手术人数、微创手术人数、手术并发症发生例数、发生率等监测数据，以及各项手术指标绩效评价的预测评分，数据集合每月产生一个新的版本，同时针对不同临床专科还会产生对应的监测数据。主要适用于医务管理部门，可用于医院临床专科医疗服务能力与质量安全情况的变动趋势和影响因素分析，为制定手术治疗相关管理策略、提升手术质量安全和患者满意度提供依据。

This dataset conducts monthly monitoring and rolling forecasting of surgical workload and quality indicators using historical data of discharged surgical patients and time-series analysis methodologies. Since 2019, it has included monthly monitoring data such as the total number of surgical cases, number of Grade IV surgeries, number of minimally invasive surgeries, number of surgical complication cases, complication rate, and other relevant metrics, as well as predictive scores for the performance evaluation of various surgical indicators. The dataset is updated to a new version every month, and corresponding monitoring datasets are also generated for different clinical specialties. It is primarily applicable to medical management departments, and can be used to analyze the changing trends and influencing factors of medical service capacity, quality and safety of clinical specialties in hospitals, providing a basis for formulating management strategies related to surgical treatment, improving surgical quality and safety, and enhancing patient satisfaction.
