Reactivity of anti-JEV sera toward recombinant soluble E and EDIII proteins from JEV.

1.The anti-JEV antibody titers in pooled immune sera were determined by indirect ELISA using recombinant JEV G3 EΔTM or recombinant EDIII from JEV of G1, G3, or G5 as viral antigens.2. Immune sera were collected from groups of 3-week-old BALB/c mice (n = 6) at 21 days after intraperitoneal inoculation with 3 log10 FFU of JEV G3 (strain RP-9).3.
