本数据集采集4个不同气候带的森林土壤,分别为:温带森林长白山,采集了包括次生演替序列在内21个表层土壤样本;暖温带和北亚热带森林秦岭宝天曼过渡带阔叶林,共采集了不同林龄和不同林型的18个表层土壤样本;南亚热带森林选取鼎湖山,共取得不同演替序列的15个表层土壤样本;热带森林选取海南尖峰岭,共取得包括原始森林和不同恢复方式的9个土壤样本。土壤理化性质、土壤微生物学性质、土壤细菌菌落结构、土壤酶活性。
This dataset collects forest soil samples from four distinct climate zones, with detailed sampling information as follows:
1. Temperate forest (Changbai Mountain): A total of 21 topsoil samples were obtained, including those spanning a secondary succession sequence;
2. Warm temperate and north subtropical forest (broad-leaved forest in the Baotianman transition zone of the Qinling Mountains): 18 topsoil samples were collected, covering different stand ages and forest types;
3. South subtropical forest (Dinghushan): 15 topsoil samples were collected across different successional sequences;
4. Tropical forest (Jianfengling, Hainan): 9 soil samples were collected, including samples from primary forests and stands under different restoration measures.
The dataset also includes data on soil physicochemical properties, soil microbiological properties, soil bacterial community structure, and soil enzyme activities.
