Profiling Allogeneic HLA-specific B-cell Responses Utilizing a 64-plex Single-HLA Reporter Cell Panel

This dataset accompanies the manuscript “A 64-plex single-HLA reporter cell panel for characterizing allo-specific B-cell responses”. It contains source data underlying the figures (including data presented post-processing or indirectly) and the custom analysis scripts used to generate the reported results.No human subject–identifiable data are included. V(D)J sequences for the thirteen identified HLA-specific BCRs are deposited in GenBank (accession numbers PX727065–PX727090). The HLA64 R package is available on GitHub (https://github.com/shengli-song/HLA64) under the Artistic License 2.0. Notes on reproducibility Custom R and Python scripts are provided to reproduce the analyses and figures associated with the deposited figure source data. Scripts use relative file paths and assume a fixed directory structure; the repository structure should be preserved when downloading/unpacking. Version 1.0 corresponds to the figure source data and analysis code used in the manuscript as submitted and posted as a preprint.
