Differentially expressed genes of Aedes albopictus induced by dioxygen lignans

In this study, Illumina sequencing technology was used to sequence the transcriptome of the third-instar larvae of Aedes albopictus 24h and the untreated control group, and a large amount of genetic information was obtained, and the difference of A. aeruginosa induced by HA was analyzed. In addition to the expression of the gene, qRT-PCR was used to verify the relative expression of the differentially expressed genes, which provided a reference for further exploration of the possible target of HA and the mechanism of action of HA.
