Alignment of single gene and concatenated sequences of RSP, FAD, STK, A2P, UBE1, MTF, and SF3B1 genes from 41 isolates of the Leishmania donovani complex

Alignment of single gene and concatenated sequences of RSP, FAD, STK, A2P, UBE1, MTF, and SF3B1 genes from 41 isolates of the Leishmania donovani complex. All alignment were performed in the software Mega 7.0 using the Muscle algorithm. DNA sequences were obtained by Sanger sequencing.

对利什曼原虫多诺万复合体41个分离株的单基因及其RSP、FAD、STK、A2P、UBE1、MTF和SF3B1基因的拼接序列进行比对。所有比对均采用Mega 7.0软件中的Muscle算法完成。DNA序列通过Sanger测序获得。
