The present contribution represents the data monitored over a period of one year (from 2013-01-01 to 2013-12-31) in an office area of around 200 m<sup>2 </sup>in a university building in Vienna. Within this study, multi-aspect (thermal, visual, and equipment) data of this office area as well as external conditions were collected.
