SLiMIA (Spheroid Light Microscope Image Atlas) provides light microscopy images (and manual segmentations/ground truths) of spheroids from 50 cell lines, 9 culture media, 4 formation methods and multiple seeding densities.This folder contains specifically the images obtained with a Leica DMi light microscope.SLiMIA（球体光学显微镜图像图谱，Spheroid Light Microscope Image Atlas）数据集提供了覆盖50种细胞系、9种培养基、4种球体形成方法及多种接种密度的球体光学显微镜图像，且附带对应的手动分割标注与基准真值。本文件夹仅收录使用徕卡（Leica）DMi光学显微镜采集的图像。
