To investigating gene expression changes in HCT116 cells upon siCTNNB1 for 48 hr, or upon treatment with iCRT3, GB1874, GB6853, and GB8679 for 24 hr Overall design: HCT116 cells are transfected with siNeg or siCTNNB1 (20 nM each) in triplicate for 48 hr.
