Contents: QQ plots: this folder contains plots of the last version of every system used to prove that the dataset doesn’t follow a normal distribution. Correlations: this folder contains a compilation of every smell catalogued by system and version number, two plots comparing each system’s correlation values (already shown in the paper) and also the following files for each system - TestAdiResultsAll.csv: reporting every smell of a system, catalogued by version. Raw data from which all correlations have been computed. - complete.csv: reporting the correlation values calculated, also divided the smells by type. - div.csv: reporting the correlation values calculated dividing the smells by granularity level (classes or package). smellClasses.csv: reporting the correlation values calculated at class level, also divided by smell type. - smellPackages.csv: reporting the correlation values calculated for smells at package level by smell type. - summary.xlx: reporting in a easier to read format the information given by the previous csv files. Evolution: this folder contains plots that show how Severity and Pagerank increase or decrease from one version to another Evolution_Granularity: this folder contains plots that show how Severity and Pagerank increase or decrease from one version to another dividing the Architectural smells by granularity level (classes or package) Evolution_Size: this folder contains plots and csv files that show how the means of Severity and Pagerank increase or decrease related to the size of the project Scatterplot_Versions: this folder contains plots that show how the means of Severity and Pagerank increase or decrease related to each other ScatterplotCD_Versions: this folder contains plots that show how the means of Severity and Pagerank in Cyclic Dependencies increase or decrease related to each other dividing the Architectural smells by granularity level (classes or package)
