Global study of Xylella fastidiosa response to MqsR

Purpose: To identify the genetic mechanisms regulated by X. fastidiosa MqsRA, detecting changes in global gene expression in X. fastidiosa overexpressing MqsR toxin under control of its native promoter. In addition, cells treated with copper were also evaluated to assess changes in gene expression in response to this wide used pesticide.
