The GDM-1 cell line was sequenced on a PromethION device for 4 days with a wash and reload of the flow cell after 2 days, resulting in a coverage of 56x with an N50 of 21.5kb. The data was processed with the epi2me human variation workflow. We provide a bam file aligned to hg19, with MM and ML tags for CpG methylation and hydroxymethylation, as well as HP tags indicating the haplotype.
