The dataset is organized as follows:
Neighboors (string): name of all the neighboorhoods in the study zone of Manizales.
Hospitals (string): name of the study hospitals in the study zone of Manizale.
time (float): travel time in minutes from neighboorhoods to hospitals.
Rj (float): per scenario is the offer of the hospital according to the number of beds.
Aj (flowat): per scenario is the accessibility according to the offer and demand of the catchment area.
