We have developed double-click-seq as a complementary method to the previous methods involving immunoprecipitation of PTMs to enrich parental DNA from new histones. We used double-click-seq to study new histone deposition bias in hRPE-1 cells. Control and p53 null cells were used. Next to untreated samples, we also profiled samples treated with hydroxyurea, ATR inhibitor and curaxin.
