Data and analysis code for source-mediated horizontal transfer of entomopathogenic fungi among adult Leptoglossus occidentalis under semi-controlled conditions
收藏资源简介:
Cleaned analysis-ready data, reproducible Python code, diagnostics, manuscript-aligned figure assets and machine-readable outputs supporting a cage-based study of source-mediated horizontal transfer of entomopathogenic fungi among adult Leptoglossus occidentalis. The archive contains exact taxon-matched cage-level comparisons, cage-resampled effect-size intervals, survival and RMST analyses, competing-risk cumulative incidence, source-insect outcomes, surface-recovered conidial-load summaries, behavioural summaries from 51 complete-code scan occasions, open CSV mirrors of the behavioural observation/coding tables, and culture/PCR assay metadata. The secondary reproductive endpoint is cumulative cage-level oviposition, quantified from intact eggs and retained chorions identifiable at the final census, with an exposure-adjusted sensitivity analysis based on observed source-female survival time. Approximately 20% of treatment-consistent contact cadavers within each fungal treatment were selected at random without stratification for culture reisolation and locus-specific PCR amplification. Amplicons were not sequenced; PCR amplification patterns were used only as supportive checks relative to the corresponding positive controls and were not interpreted as independent species- or isolate-level identification.
