Palliative care on domestic oncology as a new practice in health influencing local development

Abstract: Development should be understood as an ongoing process of improving the quality of life, ensuring prosperity through knowledge and empowerment of technology and knowledge, involving the human being as the main beneficiary of this change. It is verified that the Home Care (AD) composes an assistance arm essential to the approach of the palliative care, in order to allow the access to an integral assistance to the human being.
