Preliminary mapping of Brcwm by BSR-seq.

Leaf flattening plays a vital role in the establishment of plant architecture closely related to plant photosynthesis, thus influencing the yield and quality of leafy vegetables. In this study, we used a Chinese cabbage doubled haploid line "FT" as wild type for EMS mutagenesis and obtained a mutant cwm with stably-inherited compact and wrinkled leaves. The BSR-seq was used for preliminary mapping of the mutant gene.
